In this airplane design video I am describing the requirements and design of the tail control surfaces, elevator and rudder.

I might have missed it but the rudder is very important for countering adverse yaw when using ailerons to roll. The only exception I have found was where spoilerons were used instead of ailerons as was tried with the American Eaglet homebuilt glider I have flown, and also used on the Mitsubishi MU2.
