    Could you make a few more videos for chronic pain? I love all of your classes so much and refer back to your two videos for fibro frequently. You’ve grown so much as a teacher and thank you for offering such wonderful practices. ❤

      I’m recovering from long covid which has left me with chronic pain and POTS. I love all of your seated practices (helps those of us with POTS control our blood pressure and heart rate, which fluctuates when standing) and the ones that focus on full body, mobility, and calming the nervous system have been so beneficial. The gentle movement has been so helpful for pain. I’d even love some gentle strength building ones that stay seated or lying down.

    Wow thank you 🙏 for this vidio and yes I’ve watched the first vidio too and done both now and it actually stretches all part of my body that is stiff and it’s really helps cos I’ve recently been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia.so thanks

    just been recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia and arthritus knocked for 6 a little as didnt understnd what it was or the illness effects after being fairly fit. itstill a little new to honest. Found this video super helpful and felt better afterwards. thanks Hels do yu do any other yoga classes that would help.😊👌 Thank you.

    I haven't heard about fibromyalgia before, but I needed a really gentle and mindful stretch while on my period. And I have to say that this really made me feel relaxed, stretched, ready for the day in a calm manner. A pillow for the head in child's pose is a game changer👏 thank you for this creation, Helen!
