I cover this too, but I like to call it "Two Creeps Under The Bridge"
I start with the Under The Bridge intro which is only C and E. I use the C to take me into the intro of Creep by Stone Temple Pilots. The first chord of the pre-chorus for that song is G, so when it comes time for the second pre-chorus, I use the G to start playing Creep by Radiohead. When it comes time for the second chorus of THAT song, I use the G to do the pre-chorus for the original Creep again and then the chorus and then it's over.
Using Radiohead's Creep sounds like a much natural segway than bridge that's in the studio recording of STP's Creep.
