Theory: The Joker is only so smart coz he learns from his mistakes everytime Batman thwarted his plans and put him behind bars, think about it, Joker NEVER gets caught for the same thing and how many times has Batman caught Joker? its just basic math if u think about it :-)
@Tyrant-Den That's an excellent way of stating it. A character is only as powerful as their popularity makes them. Batman, Wolverine, Deadpool, and a bunch of others always have someone that could kill them in a snap, but they're too popular to be dead.

How about some videos on characters that aren't so gratingly overpopular? Hawkgirl, Red Tornado, Zatanna, Gambit, Jubilee... Just anyone but Batman, Superman, Joker, Iron Man, Captain America, Wolverine, and fucking Thanos. I get that popular characters bring in more views and thus more money, but it wouldn't hurt to get a little bit of change once in a while. Give some attention to the characters who most people don't know/hear about.
jokers probably smarter than bats considering whenever he take anything slightly sirously we get shit like the killing joke. The Batman who laughs and all of injustice that one comic where he nuked Gotham and killed Gordon forgot the name and red hood. But yea I mean his plans are so insane that he’s able to predict how other villians heros and bats will react without all the resources bats has acess to considering bats can make viruses capable of killing cyborg and has a super computer extensive database shit tone of tools and weapons and joker still creates plans that give bats a hard time dispite him having almost half the puzzle given to him cause not all the people that work with the joker are has smart has him and the crazy resources he has acess to jokers still able to perfectly predict how he will react to his plan has so many backup plans ready he literally does this to troll Batman has he never wants to kill him just hurt him and Batman’s still not able to predict and stop him after all these years. he does all this with a knife and a gun. Not to mention he never really has the end goal of killing bats consedring he does all this for fun and absolutely traumatizes and out smarts bats when he decides to get even slightly Serious . Not to mention his high understanding of chemistry and biology that he uses to create the joker toxin/gas something that’s a top 5 chemical weapon in the verse and even batman can’t reverse the deadliest strand of it has shown by him becoming the Batman who laughs.
As cringe as this may be, others would choose anime characters to base their teen personality to be, meanwhile here I am acting all lunatic. I got through that phase though.
