They used grams, thank God
De nuevo me topo contigo.
🤣🤣🤣
Shocked by the amount of people in the comments who don't know that most dark chocolate is normally vegan.
Exactly even cheap dark chocolate tends to be vegan
Jane Doe it’s not always labelled as such though, I don’t put anything in my vegan recipes unless it’s got the vegan stamp on it.
@@SinnohGreen well, if you're not sure, why don't you read the ingredient list on the back? A lot of products are more expensive just because they have a vegan stamp, sometimes actual vegan products without a stamp are cheaper.
BorderlineBae because I’m more considerate than that and I’m not going to feed a vegan friend with anything that I can’t say with 100% certainty is vegan. If all the ingredients sound like they should be vegan yet it says vegetarian and it’s in the same area of the shop as other vegan products then it makes me question it.
@@SinnohGreen I live in a city with no vegan products(I mean products labelled as vegan) u always should check ingredients the dark chocolate mostly have cocoa , cocoa butter and sugar
When people find out it's vegan: "eww gross! Its not the real thing!"
V.S.
Not telling them it's vegan: "Yumm this is so good!"
*Stop nitpicking every little thing just because its vegan. Thanks.*
*Its not the real thing lmfao*
Andrew Vasquez there is gonna be some differences it won't be as puffy without milk but you always have that yeast or baking powder stuff(I don't know that much about baking) and with the eggs it would have nice taste of baby chickens 😉
Jesus Christ there is no difference in taste besides not using animal products, trust me I've made both and both are delicious. And u could use any plant milk in replace of the water.
Andrew Vasquez THANK YOUUUUUU
I once went to a restaurant and my family ate all my GF rolls. Just *after* they learned it was GF, they said it was gross. 🙄
Since some people do not understand this simple fact, allow me to elaborate:
Not all chocolate contains milk. Specific types of chocolate, such as milk chocolate (obviously), do in fact contain milk. However, other types, such as dark chocolate, typically do not incorporate milk into the product at all. Chocolate is ultimately derived from the cocoa bean, which comes from a tree. Therefore, chocolate can most certainly be vegan.
totally correct. and if you don't like the bitterness of dark chocolate, just know that chocolate that is 56% dark (56% would be semi-sweet chocolate, so it tastes very close to milk chocolate) and darker contains no dairy. (it can depend on the brand though so watch out)
so basically chocolate is a salad
in my city (Brazil) it's pretty hard find a dark chocolate without milk. usually, vegan chocolates are made in 1kg bars
I made these yesterday. If using an 8x8 pan cook for 45 minutes. Instead of chocolate shards, I used 50 grams of unsweetened chocolate chips and only put them in the brownie (not on top). Really gooey and tasty recipe overall.
guitar1994 so they turned out good? Cuz I’m looking for a good vegan brownies recipe
ItsBrianaB I’ve had a lot of vegan brownies and these were some of the best
i don't get how this works without any egg substitute... how did you do it, loads of comments are saying that it's very liquidy
A significant amount of oil is used to substitute for the eggs. Most "normal" brownie recipes would not have that much. This recipe will make gooey brownies if you are into that. Also, you will have to cook these way longer than what the video states as mentioned in my first comment.
@@Lala47362 Hey!!! That is due to the very high quantity of sugar in this recipe. I think it would be very reasonable, probably tastier and smarter to reduce the quantity by 1/3 or by half. Any form of baked recipe with lots of sugar will acquire a very gooey and moist texture.
People are like "what the heck?!? What makes normal brownies NOT vegan?? It's not like I put STEAK in MY brownies!!1!"
Vegan= not consuming ANY animal products. This includes dairy, (things like milk and butter) eggs, meat, etc. Most brownie recipes have eggs and some type of dairy, such as milk or butter in them. That's why they're NOT vegan. Oh my gosh, stop being so ignorant.
Good thing is measurement given in metric scale. Want more of these.
Because she's apparently german ? Europe don't know anything else than metric.
I made the mistake of reading the comment section oof
wjsn's manager Your profile pic matches your comment haha
Just made these - they are too gooey when baked for 15 mins, so I baked mine between 35-40mins at 180°C and they come out perfect 👍🏼
No matter what kind of brownie it is it always look good!
I tried the recipe exactly and it came out so good ! Tasted just like a regular brownie , I was shocked :)
Great thing about this recipe - You don't have to fear getting salmonella when you lick the bowl
Actually, you do. Raw flour is way worse than raw eggs.
@@fourchette7167 grinded wheat is worse than an chicken fetus? Ok XD
@@kosakionodera1050 Health-wise, yes...
@@fourchette7167 yeah... sure
@@kosakionodera1050 Because raw flour hasn’t been sterilised. e.Coli is rampant in that
tried vegan brownies for the first time. To my surprise its actually really good.
I made this recipe with light brown sugar instead of demerara sugar and ommitted the chocolate shards as I didn't have any on hand. Baked this in a 26cm circular pan for about 30 minutes and it came out suuuuper gooey and tasty.
So u put no chocolate chips or chopped bar and it still came out gooey?
@@Themsbeatlesrock yes definitely. You can also put it on the convection setting and it'll do the same I suspect.
This is hands down the best brownie recipe I've ever tried including the non-vegan ones
i made these and they are delicious🤤 i definitely recommend leaving them in the oven for 30 minutes on medium heat tho
substitute egg for 3 bananas that and the walnuts are a great combination. Also instead of 400g sugar use 200g of demerrera and a teaspoon of sea salt. Comes out great everytime.
sweettkorn thanks for the tips!
Lily you're welcome, I'd also suggest using almond milk instead of water but that's based on preference
Lily my name is lily to!!!!!!!
can you switch out the oil for avocado?
Alex Lockett I believe u can, just look up some brownie recipes using avocado and let that be ur guide
Honestly thanks guys for making more vegan recipes bc I don’t just watch I actually recreate them lool
Nice! Thanks for the German words :) now I know that I can get all the ingredients here in Germany. Sometimes your recipes has ingredients that are not in our supermarkets..

I watched this over n over again for the music. Brownies look delish🎶🍰
I tried it, it was amazing, thanks for this yummy recipe
Where is the cannabis?
i wish
Just made this and it came out sooo yummy. I put 220g of sugar instead of the full 400g because I thought that was too much. I also added extra choc chunks into the batter as well. Half of it fell on the floor and I wanted to cry but it’s really nice.😋
You put 220g white sugar instead of white Sugar and Demerara?how was the sweetened?thanks
Fav brownie recipe ever. Really yummy!
Looks so delicious thanks for sharing ❤
Made this and it tasted great with coconut flakes 💕
These look heavenly
I actually searched for Vegan brownie earlier this day because I had no eggs. Illuminati?
Shifting paradigm... more people are finding that plants offer superior nutrition without the drawbacks of animal products, like slowed digestion, getting dosed with animal hormones, etc.
this is amazing! I need to try to do this for my next food videos! :)
I want a corner piece!
jillhbaudhaan i hate corner pieces i. Love the centre tho
I made these brownies yesterday and they were very good, but I had to cook them a lot more time because they were sooo liquid
this is so good! i lessened the sugar tho and i didn't have any walnuts.. and i added 5 minutes to the baking time.. :3
they look so good and so light! I'm addicted to tasty videos 😂
Alysarine Payne They look hella thicc
So easy to make and came out yummy and moist :)
Person: Where do I get my protein?
Vegan: Bitch, peas
Irina KR Incredible pun!
I made them and they are soooo good!! Vegan or non vegan they are still good.
Thank you. Very good recipe.
this looks delicious
i made these jn and honestly they taste like betty crocker mix like wow good job tasty
Made this today. It came out so good. Thank you for the recipe 🙂
Can I use butter instead of oil or that may destroy the recipe?
Looks good, might make some for my school’s bake sale because some of the kids and teachers are vegan.
Can confirm that this Recipie is awesome!
I am typing this now, doing a plank and watching this video💪🏻
Wow! This recipe is really simple :))
I needed this a solid 4 hours ago when my attempt failed 😂
Mee too
I'm not vegan but I have the recipe a go and it was amazing!
A real brownie!! Es taaan bueno!
Yes
These look bomb
That looks good
Everyone: why is it in German?
Me: aaaay those random lessons from school on duolingo worked! I remember water! And flour! Aaaand... that's it 😭I hate myself
mine wouldn't bake. It was watery. I live in a high altitude area, should I add more flour?
Brownie, my first love 😍 😍
that actually looks good
Wow that's awesome
That was so good you should make more vegan recipes
they do that rarely
Idk why I always watch these videos when I don't have any desire of making it, cuz I'll fail...miserably 😂
You'll never get better at it if you never try! Best of luck🥰
So, I tried a tip someone commented here of cutting in half the amount of sugar and, instead of adding water, I putted coconut milk. Also, I mixed 20 ml of coconut oil and 100ml of soy oil (which was what I had here at home) and added a bit more of cacao powder. I added the chocolate shards but it may have not been necessary to do so. I'll come back to tell how it went out! (the brownie dough tasted delicious)
I'm hoping the lack of follow-up is because you forgot and not because your recipe killed you, because I'm about to try that
Love it thank you
amazing taste, but are you really sure about temperatur and time? i had it 15 min with 180°C and it was still too muddy, so i left it another 15 min which made it a bit better, but still more mud than fudge...
well just had a look in the recipe which inspired you, it says 25 min... so next time i will leave even longer...
WE ALL KNOW THAT THE CORNERS OF BROWNIES ARE THE BESTT !!
Ok but has anyone tried these because I've had them in the oven for a total of like 25 minutes now and they are still pure batter
Can you make a video for gluten free brownies? Or just baked goods in general?
Can I just use 400g of plain sugar instead of 2 different types of sugar each 200g?
If I make them with let's say 200g less of sugar and add 25g of flour and 75g of cocoa powder, and add almond milk instead of water would them still make It and be edible and brownies?
How about you try it out and tell us ? :D
If you add more cocoa powder I would not add more flour, the cocoa powder should be enough to replace the reduced sugar since it making it more dry. It could be that its then not sweet enough tho, cocoa needs quite some sugar.
Ty!!!
thank you so so much Tasty bcz today I just backed MY first EVER chocolate brownies
Edit: they failed so badly
THEY LOOK BOMB
Yess
very nice...
I am Drooling right now
Yummy! My favorite ;)
Must try this
Finally a new video!
Ming NyaChim they have new vids every day
Delicious
have a doubt. I want to make this same recipe using bitter chocolate as a substitute for cocoa. How many grams of chocolate should I use to make it just as moist and creamy?
I'll leave the walnuts out but I'm going to try this
Mashada _ did you ever try it? Cuz I’m looking for a good vegan brownies recipe
don't know about this recipe yet but Vegan brownies can be actually really good.
so i tried the recipe but i t totally didn't work out! the ingredients started to part again when i put it in the oven.
it's still runny even tho it has been in the oven for 25mins now (180°)
Can we use jaggery in place of both sugars you have mentioned?
Top! Love 💕
do you know if can I freeze these brownies?
or How long can I keep them in the fridge?
nice recipe...😍🎂
Does it work if substitute the chocolate shards to weed?
Can you use coconut cream or milk instead of water?
lamia oyy onsaon mani wa man kow kwarta!
Im not even vegan but damn thee look hella good
dogfish32 no
dogfish32 why would they ? Not everything vegan is gross, just like everything containing animal products isn't gross :)
I'm not vegan, but I made these for a vegan friend and they are really good! And I' not used to vegan stuff at all so
@@AngieGandalf6 after the coronavirus I’m gonna make these for some vegan friends
Awesome
cool! with german subtitles! 😍😍😍
I'd go with almonds rather than walnuts but this seems like a cool recipe
Can u substitute the oil with like butter??
super vidéo 😘
Can we use normal brown sugar instead of vanilla sugar?
wait what german Ingredients? that's awesome!
Lovely. I will be making more delicious recipes for the vegan crew soon! :)
It looks better than some regular brownies..
