@@RCBirds hi Dirk, thank you for watching and leaving me a nice comment. I wanted to try something different 👀it did take some working out though. Best wishes to you and the family 😎🖐️😉
@@HaydadRC Hi Jeremy, thank you for watching, I was determined to change the colour, I was racking my brain, then I saw a custom car programme, and it hit me, why not vinyl wrap like the custom car detailers! Although it was quite difficult to do, especially the complex curves. I had to have the lights too 😎🖐️😉best wishes to you and the family 😉🖐️😎
WOW!!!!! You blew my mind with the vinyl wrapping it must have taken a min to get things just right on the fenders, not to mention on the back louvers. The black stripes that put the highlight on the buggy are they vinyl also? Another awesome JF special that takes first place in my book, best-looking Holiday Buggy I have seen today. 💯💯💯💯💯. Well done, take care and best wishes to you and the family, my friend.
@@sparetimerc hi Al, and thank you for watching an leaving me such an amazing comment. Oh yes, the vinyl wrapping took quite some time to figure out and quite a few mistakes, which meant starting again. Oh yes, the black stripes are also vinyl, I needed a method to disguise the seam lines, but also create a break in the silver 😉😎😉🧐, thank you for the awesome comment and support, I will be running this RC, gently mind, but I’m looking to show the difference between the 380 and upgrade to a 540. Hope you’re have a wonderful Sunday, best wishes to you and the family 🖐️😎😉
It turned out looking great john. Cool Idea on the body wrap, a great and safe way to change the look of it completely. I am sure that took quite a few hours of work and probably a good bit of trial and error to get it to go on there properly! You have more patience than me!
@@AddamsPlayground Hi Addam, thank you for watching and leaving me a cracking comment. I was determined to change the colour, come hell or high water ! 🫣😆🫣 I was racking my brain for ideas, then I saw a custom car show on the television, and then it hit me! Vinyl wrap 🤔😉🤔I saw a full size vehicle getting the custom treatment, and thought to myself, wonder if it could apply to an RC car? 😉🤔 although it certainly took some time to figure it all out and some trail and error to get the vinyl to wrap around some of the complex curves of the body. I got there in the end 😉. Best wishes my friend, to you and the family 😎🖐️😉
The wheels look really good in that colour! And for the final body colour...wild! That's definitely a first for me...not sure I've ever seen one done in Silver or seen anyone do a body wrap...I like it!!! I like the stripes to break it all up too. But it nicely matches your wheels so I think it was correct to change up the overall colour. Nice job!
@@FastFreddyRC hey Mike, thank you for watching and leaving me a wonderful comment. I got the idea from full size car customisers, I was thinking, if it came be done to a full size, what about an RC?
