🥘 BUTTERNUT SQUASH MISO SOUP RECIPE
1c Spinach
1 Butternut squash, cubed
2 Garlic cloves
1 Large Potato
1 Onion
1 Canned Coconut Milk (save a little for garnish)
4 cups Vegetable broth
2c tbsp Miso paste
Saute garlic and onion
Add squash, broth and miso paste and boil
Add Coconut milk and blend with immersion blender (or transfer to blender)
Place soup in bowl and garnish with reserves coconut milk
Enjoy!

Kudos to you for tackling that Ikea bed!! It looked pretty complicated, but turned out perfect. I haven't seen a window cleaning recipe that included rubbing alcohol...do you use it on mirrors as well? I make butternut squash soup all the time, and am going to try your recipe. I recently got some organic sweet white miso for a particular recipe and was wondering what else I could use it for...now I know! Thank you for making these great videos! Happy Valentine's Day from Northern California!❤

The rubbing alcohol helps keep the streaks away and dries quickly! Yes, it works beautifully on mirrors as well 💕
I used red miso paste for the recipe i used BUT the white miso will work great- it may have a milder taste but will still taste amazing!
