Great video! Here’s a tip I finally figured out. When needing to peel lots of garlic, throw it (separated cloves )in a jar with a lid. Shake it hard for a minute or so and boom, all the peels are off! I use my roller one too but when I do a bunch the jar is faster.

Love all the tips! Great idea about freezing produce. I never thought of freezing lemon and minced garlic. I will definitely do that! Btw, I need to get one of those rolling garlic peel removers! What a time saver (and keeps the garlic peel from sticking to my fingers 😂)
Yes!! The garlic roller is SO handy, I didnt like getting garlic peel fingers either 😉😂
