Thanks for the great video. Have a charity that I support and will be making these after I get over Christmas. They are so cute and I know the ladies will love them. I always like to make something that can be useful and these sure fit that description. Thanks again.
Thank you for sharing your process...I love these altered notebooks and will be making them for my Spring craft event...the papers and ribbons are beautiful and your grandmother’s ribbon is too adorable ...I would have to keep that one too!
Tfs these are very pretty and I love your grandmother's ribbons. Nice way to use them. And definitely think you should keep the one it was very beautiful. Again tfs. Glad I found your channel.

Hey Karen, new subscriber here. I live in North Walpole, NH-only about an hour from you! Nice job on these. I will be doing my first craft fair in November. Love this idea!
In regard to bone folders are the cheaper ones from Amazon ok for beginners? I don't want to spend a lot of money on tools etc and it does seem like many of these papercraft projects can get quite expensive. Love your project. Thanks! 😂😂💕
Hi Liz. All of my bone folders are from Stampin' Up!. I believe in the quality and longevity of them. The item number is 102300 at my online store. I save 25% with my discount when I order papercrafting supplies. I also take advantage of the clearance rack.
I love the little composition notebooks but cant find the little pens at the Dollar Tree. I tried the link and it does not work f=to show the pens. Do you have a name for these pens. thank you.
Hi there. Yes, DT does not carry them anymore. If you go to Amazon, you can find them there. I don't have the link on my at the moment, but there are many different varieties.
I absolutely love this notebook! What a drastic change from the original, you did a fantastic job and I love all of Grandma's ribbon! Could you please tell me the name of the pens that you got from Dollar Tree? I went on to the site, but unfortunately they don't give you the size and I know they are the smaller ones that you use. I would appreciate it, thank you.

Hi Rebecca. I'm sorry that you think the plastic packaging is unnecessary. I have found that for my craft fairs, keeping items that I sell clean can, at times, be a challenge with sticky hands or anything that is wet as ink smears when it gets a bit wet. The packaging also adds a finishing touch.
Six years and yet so helpful! Thank you! Oct. 12, 2024. I will be making these for gifts. 😍 Southern California, Palm Springs.
Thanks for watching, and sorry for the late reply.
I make these all the time but have never seen anyone make them like you. Very interesting. Learn something new every day.
Thanks Barbara.
Very nice little notebooks. Hope they all sold for you. Very nicely done, and a nice way to remember your grandma. So cute.
Yes they sold well and I'm in the process of making another 36!
