Great video! I can't wait for part 2! I've always love watching videos on China, especially Chinese cuisine. All the food looked absolutely delicious! This is cool to feature Chinese street food that is wholesome and fresh. Everything looks so amazing. I like Mark being so natural, not pretending to be cool like some other youtubers. Mark is so positive. People complain that he only gives good reviews. Well, he only uploads good/reasonable reviews. He can cut the bad ones out. Why on earth should we want to know about the bad ones? He’s doing us a favour by choosing the good ones he has experienced. So just leave him alone about never reviewing bad places. Well done Mark-you are a wonderful positive person and deserve the success you have achieved.

(1) How do you manage to consume so much food whenever you visit these places, specially if it's something like a 14-hour food tour like the above?
(2) Also, do you actually finish all of the food introduced in your videos, or do you just eat a bit of the food for each stop? Especially for some of the food where the portions are huge just for 1 person & you're introducing 3-4 different types of food within a span of just few hours (e.g. between lunch & dinner)?
Keep up the excellent work Mark! :)
Great video as always, I think Trevor James from food ranger often visits this place, why don't you make another video with him.
Thanks

10.32 it called "andaliman" in my hometown North Tapanuli, North Sumatera, Indonesia.
It usually used as an important ingredient in Bataknese food which will give a good shaking sensation to our tongue.
I like Mark being so natural, not pretending to be cool like some other youtubers. Also this kind of walk creates a beautiful cultural ecology, you have fun from local people and they also get the memory of interactions with foreigners which they don't have many chances to meet and talk to. Beauty of life.
Mesmerized by that baozi dough being shaped

Did you go to see pandas? Chengdu is famous for Pandas!
If you're looking for a cozy city to enjoy delicious food, beautiful landscapes as well as cute pandas in China, I definitely recommend "Chengdu"!!!
Corona Virus no....!!!!
8:36 WTF 🤨
Been a fan of Mark for a long time but sometimes how he describes food is really redundant. Won’t stop me from watching but just an observation
Was going to say the same for the overly exaggerated reactions...maybe there would be less dislikes if he was more genuine...nevertheless, great content.
Would love to try fresh Sichuan peppercorns to taste those flavors
I don't know, even the freshly dried peppercorns are quite potent! I got choked up a few times
DanielJJ Oh definitely. But sounds like the fresh ones have a very different flavor profile
They do describe a very pronounced citrus flavour that I never got from the dried ones, you get a hint of citrus but that's about it. And they ate the seeds too, usually only the outer shell is sold - Now that I think about it, I would be very interested to try a whole, fresh peppercorn as well.
We have plenty of these in South Africa. We call it peperboom.
Duck blood😵
Man they gots some mean grinds there, and you make them look soooo ono 😂 right ons bradduh Mark and your fams 🤙🤙🤙
The world is a better place by focussing and advertising GOOD things. Life is too short to complain about the bad. Well done Mark-you are a wonderful positive person and deserve the success you have achieved.

3:22 the carelessness for environment in China is beyond stupidity. It freaks me out to see the needless waste of plastic.
