I have always found "contempt of court" to be a bullshit law, to begin with, because they shouldn't have the ability to demand I respect them. I can see disobedience as justifiable, but the inability to be "disrespectful" is beyond abusable.

The motivated reasoning of the judge is in full display with what he wrote. Somehow, saying that the area is 95% democrats violates the fair administration of justice. How does this make sense? How does that affect the fair administration of justice at all unless you’re trying to hide that it’s a highly democrat populated area. How does this even fall under jurisdiction of a legitimate gag order? It cannot.
