Rachel needs to keep the participants family on stage to receive them with a hug. Telling his wife to go back like that, then complimenting her husband with “Sexy” is just not right.

It's the wind and not the temperature that can give you frostbite and if hes comfortable wearing shorts in winter then let him. Frostbite happens in your fingers,nose, toes, ears those are the ones that's are subspectible to get frostbitten not your legs.

I'm black and wear shorts and a jacket in the winter and I salute people who wear shorts year round and they're better than pants because pants are too restrictive and when it's bitterly cold outside I still wear shorts and just don't think about cold but it's not the temperature but it's the wind that does the most damage and if wants to wear shorts in winter then let him it's his body and let him do what he wants with it.

Yes it is acceptable for dresses to be worn above the knees or at Knee length and in regards to cold weather shorts are warmer than any dress of the same length.
