its amazing how they nailed both Nikki Lauda and his wife in the movie Rush. She looks so much like her, but Nikki, is scary how well he is played in the movie by Daniel Bruhl. You hear Daniel and its like hearing Nikki!!!

I started watching F1 during Niki Lauda highs, but still have to watch Rush. But I dunno. I think it's like "Ford vs. Ferrari" melodrama and playstationlike "car battles" Blockbuster, where I - as a petrol head and decades of interest in classic motorsports - by a country mile was more stimulated and entertained watching Nate Adam's vivid documentaries "The 24 Hour War" and "Shelby American" displaying the real deal. After watching those I in fact have played with the thoughts of a likewise Niki Lauda documentary.
But OK, I'll watch Rush next weekend and judge by this.

He was an extremely, quick aggressive driver but didn't seem too good with car set ups and was particularly bad with choosing teams. He was like a second Jochen Rindt. I first saw him at Mallory Park in F2 in 1971. He was unbelievable wild and spectacular. I've never forgotten it. I was also at Woodcote at Silverstone in 1973 before the corner was remodelled. Massive understeer and howling tyres. Unforgettable.
