Likith - Good video where you have explained in simple terms on how to register. It will be good if you can add one screen at the end of the video so show what happens when you do the final submission. Does BESCOM send you a registration number and a screen to say that the application is successfully submitted

You can register only once with your aadhar number. To de-register you need to contact your Bescom service provider.

Yes, even I am able to see old interface with some new updates. Try once again after some time may be there might be an server issue. Let me know if you face the same, I will try to help.
Once the electricity BESCOM office nearby is contacted, they'll require your aadhar number and latest electricity bill. Just 10 minutes, they'll update your account number in their server. Then , After one week you could try registering.
Hi Likith, Thanks for the video. I am a tenant from outside Karnataka and I am trying to register using the account ID of my owner. When I enter the account ID, I am getting a pop up saying "Your account is duplicated". Any idea what could be the reason? Please help if you have any idea. TIA!

i generate 7 bills for my house (owner + tenant) so registering for one will work for all bills because it may show duplicate data.
Is account I'd is same for all of your bills. If different you need to register for all 7 account IDs.
I have not registered yet .Now in the August month can I register.

After clicking submit button it is redirecting me to the application form again and i didn't get any acknowledgement what to do?
Check the status of the application. You can also download the acknowledgement. You can check my videos for easy understanding.

Hi, No need to register as it is already registered. You will be benefited with the scheme.
Thanks bro. One doubt is that my adress at adhar is of kerala and i stays at rented house at bangalore, in this case am i eligible to get this scheme. Will my application reject or do i need to upload any additional documents
The scheme is not depended on aadhar address, you can apply with aadhar number with any address but make sure you are entering correct electricity account I'd.
Note: Everyone is eligible who ever stay in Karnataka
I submitted the application..but i also heard that we need to submit the rental agreement but as of now they did not mention anywhere about uploading the documents and its just an application we are submitting . Do know you have any further knowledge about what happened next?
No need of rental agreement as of now. Majority of the people got 0Rs as electricity bill.

Tenant has to register by giving his aadhar and phone number since they are staying in house. You can also register but make sure you are giving there aadhar and phone number.

As of now I believe you can't cancel, please visit nearest bescom office they might help you

Actually there is no option to check the status now but if you try entering same details it will show this mobile or account I'd already registered

@@imlkm27 I heard from friends that they are not able to access the Gruha Jyothi web site from outside India. But you could verify it and comment
@@RameshKamala I tried with different location, I am not able to access the website. If possible try connecting to Indian VPN and proceed if that helps.

Even I am not able to find old interface, may be government has disabled it

There is no option to unregister, you need to contact your Bescom service office.
After putting adhaar number and clicking on get details, am getting DBT karnataka page asking for payment consent...
Try with different browser and check once may there might be server issue

Duplicate data means what...I am getting like this .....after this, I again re-registered the application showing already registered...
When you try to register with same data it will pop up like that, if it's showing already registered then you need not to worry.
