This mode gave me some of the best gaming night memories with my old roommate. The frustration of us both staring at a puzzle for 15 minutes. The pride of finishing that damn final level. The dark realization of everything we were helping her do.

One thing I don’t think enough people give credit to is the learning curve: just like most games Portal 2 does get more difficult as the game goes on, but the rate at which it gets more difficult isn’t steep, it’s always consistent and steady. No other game I can think of does that quite as well as Portal 2

Things I love about these two in this animation - - P-body constantly bouncing on his feet like a nervous wreck - Atlas looking genuinely scared he just killed his friend, and being ecstatic when he learns he didn't - P-body being able to do a 360 with his body and almost always turns his body way before his legs - Them being so confident at the end and then immediately dying - THEIR VOICES ARE PERFECT
This is by far the only trailer that I can return to nearly 10 years later & still get the chillz from glados's perfect voice & the BANGER music. God this trailer is perfect.

Granted, that was only for the final boss fight. Besides, the Moon was in clear view; the portal-able surface isn't so seeable. Besides, the crushers and lasers could interfere with the portal beam shot.

I love how although Valve can make some sweet, gritty FPS games, they can also move away from that and make some of the industry's best and most unique puzzle games. That takes skill.
I have to say, only using those Cave Jhonson and multiplayer videos in their commercials was sheer genius by Valve, show us what to expect without any spoilers. Great job Valve, keep up the AWSOME work.
Played portal 2 a year ago, picked it up again after buying a copy for a friend, we’re both having a lot of fun with it but we haven’t had a lot of time to play it because of school. Now our schedules are freeing up and I think we’ll be able to play it again next week. Thanks for making such a great game, even a decade from its initial release it’s still a staple of the puzzle genre.
I found a problem with the hub scene (1:11). As Atlas (Blue) and P-Body (Orange) run towards the closed doors you can see a Portal gun hovering beside them. I highly doubt this is an easter egg but just a small slip up. Its easier to find if you use full screen on a computer but you might have a chance to be able to see it on a tablet.
