I was pleasantly surprised---I thought from the exterior of this house we would be taken inside to an over stuffed----over draped and excesses of gold leaf---What a lovely surprise a modern twist to art deco---Beautifully done and the gardens just phenomenal
If a Persian or Chinese person purchased it (assuming it has already been sold), there's a good likelihood that your description of dreaded excesses has become a reality.

Big houses aren’t all they’re cracked up to be. They’re cold, empty, you have to shout to other rooms for ppl to hear you, you never feel safe because you can never know or hear what’s happening on the other side of the house, it’s a ton of walking to get from point A to point B but most of all they’re wasteful to the environment and pretty soon this one will end up at the bottom of that crumbling canyon. Lol. It’s more important to focus on being happy and fulfilling meaningful purpose.

I was pleasantly surprised with this residence. The master bedroom along with the luxurious on-suite was amazing! The simplicity of the interior created a spacious environment of peace and tranquility.... I love this place as it is perfect for one person maybe with a Godly woman yo share it with(if they still exist, she wouldn't be in OC) - you wouldn't need to visit the Pelican Hills Resort.... simply stunning! ❤

I love this home ,got my style as well..
the pool was done right. but a couple of things for houses of this caliber I almost NEVER see (that my buddy did with his 300 thous. house in the eighties. 1) round off a lot of the corner edges; it rests the eyes, and 2) setup the front entrance so you not completely in the house once past the doors. puts the house ike Castle Kyoto: once in, your home invader is both trapped and confused.

69 million? Is the owner high? The properties right next door sell for about half that, or less than half that. The house right next to it listed for 28 million and it is 13,500 square feet with the same amenities and just as beautiful, just not quite as large. Hideously overpriced.
