I have ripped up more potatoes using the spiralizer, to get this right, but I got it. I have a Kitchen Aid stand mixer & it works fine with it. Important- make sure machine is on 1st rotating- then stick the white wand into the top of the veg really good. Put in machine & you will need to put some muscle into it.( Well, it depends if it is a really hard vegetable). I kept putting the veg in 1st then turning on machine- will rip up your veggies doing it wrong. I now taped a post it on my bag to remind me how to use it properly b/f using. LOL. You will lose about 1 inches of each potato- it won't spiral all the way to the end. I then put olive oil, garlic powder, salt & pepper - 390-400f- 20-25 min. Watch carefully. This is for the black spiral. The dark red one probably less time or temp because they are smaller spirals. Over all this is a cool tool to have for the kitchen- If you have either a Cuisinart or Kitchen Aid large stand mixer this is worth the cost. Healthier way to feed your family. My family seems to love the spiral potatoes. I have put off getting a fryer b/c I think we would be using it all the time, which I do not want to do. These cuts would work incredibly easy with one. I also bought the meat grinder & that too is incredible- love making chicken burgers. Need to get the pasta roller & cutter now, LOL. If you have a large stand up mixer, either brand these attachments are worth purchasing. You will use it & cleaning is a breeze. 😊
I was particularly interested to see what it would do with the purple cabbage, but then you didn't use any in the demo. Can it shred cabbage for stir-frys or cole slaw?
What a nonsensical setup for this demonstration...everyone knows the brand and logo location on the mixer...so why not just turn the unit so that the controls are accessible to the user, and she doesn't have to REACH AROUND to attempt to attach the accessory and then actually use the machine!!??

Can this mix bread dough effectively and efficiently? If so how much flour by weight?
have a new model very similar ,, does all cuisinart have the grind metallic noise ?
Thank you for a good presentation. My problem now is, I need a bigger kitchen! Is there a Cuisinart brand kitchen?
Ha ha, not just yet - outside of our recipe test kitchens :-D
Thank you! Please put me on the list for the Beta testing :)
Do you need to have the bowl in place or can you use it to catch the cuttings?
Hey does the spiralizer attachment work on any cuisinart stand mixer? Or only some models?
I have a Cuisinart SM 70 will this unit work on my model?

It absolutely shredded a cucumber and you’re wondering if it can shred cabbage? Are you stupid? Or dumb?
Can you use this to cut sweet potatoes also? Or are they too hard?
I tried and it did not do well
I was able to cut sweet potatoes by softening them a tad in the microwave; 1 - 2 min in the microwave.
For cheese does they have?
It sure looks awkward to have the control dial at the back of the mixer where you can't see the speeds.
wow
Sausage maker is a complete junk now i know why you do not demonstrate making sausage or pepperette

I have yet to have t work properly. Not like the video at all.
