      Whirlpool went too far when they omitted the spring on the beater shaft. That was the last straw for me. I wont buy a KithchenAid mixer. KitchenAid hasn't been half the mixer it was when Hobart owned them.

    • @sashineb.2114
      @sashineb.2114 3 года назад

      @@imperiallebaron2391 Yes, you're right. I can remember in the mid-1990s when the bad reviews were coming in for the current KitchenAid mixers, with plastic gears, etc. They now say the spring on the tool shaft is not necessary, but I've seen videos where the paddle falls off when mixing. Maybe the stainless steel tools on the 8 quart Commercial mixer don't need the spring with their tools being heavier, but I don' think I will buy another of their mixers. Mine (from the late 80s when they were still using Hobart specs) still runs perfectly.

      Linda Reznick Hi Sunshine 😀, I have a suggestion 😀. Try using a Funnel to pure, the flour in the through the, splash guard pouring spout. Farber wear are nice funnels😀 because, They are so flexible You would, have to use a straw, or back of a small tea spoon, to help with getting the flour through, the funnel. Sorry for miss spelling of any words Sunshine 😀. Have a Great Day Sunshine 😀

    Can you tell the difference I’m in between and haven’t decide yet.

    • @EvyJo2624
      @EvyJo2624 Год назад +1

      Some comparatives to KA stand mixer are the following: KA bowl is 3.5 qt vs Cuisinart bowl 5.5 qt; KA has 350 Watts of power, Cuisinart has 550 Watts of power;
      KA lid comes off easily whereas the. Cuisinart guard clicks on and is stable. Both come in many colors, but Cuisinart has some new colors like Pinot Noir and Poppyseed.
      Mainly KA warranty is 1 yr and ALL CUISINART products have a 3 yr limited warranty, except smaller items which are 18 month warranty. Price difference is Cuisinart, about
      $200 less than KA. There is a precision PRO Cuisinart model with a digital timer affording you the option of leaving the stand mixer to answer a phone/door and it will stop on its own. Both have optional attachments. Actually Cuisinart is known as a legendary company with the inception of the first Food Processor in the USA about1960's and their
      products are great quality for moderate price. Hope this helps.

    Why the sound of the mixer is turned off in EVERY video... this is the MOST important thing we want to know.

      it is very quite and soft, no high pitch, best one you could end up with for sound, as a stand mixer

      Yes. I just grated cheese with a grater/shredder attachment. That was my one requirement before trying this mixer.

    Why not talk about the noise level? Why silent the sound when mixing? Anyone knows if its a very noisy mixer? Thanks

      I recently watched another video reviewing this stand mixer, and it was relatively on the quieter side versus other stand mixers reviewed. Here's the review I watched. ruclips.net/video/FElMSzjLvOI/видео.html

    It is impossible to cream a stick of butter with sugar, since the blades do not reach the butter unless I manually hold up the bowl. Am I missing something??

    So disappointed in this machine, creaming butter and sugar requires constant scraping down sides, bread dough same thing, finally threw the dough out. I bought the machine to do the work, well it is not working.Absolutely totally not pleased.

    I had the hand mixer and it died in my hand while making chocolate chip cookies dough. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxV-4_UFTAJEegRY8I2jrpCEthOr39izrZ Recommend After researching, everyone said even if you go with the smallest stand mixer, it would still be much better than the hand mixer. But since this is an investment that would outlive me, might as well pick the good one and what would be better than KitchenAid stand mixer right? And I’m not disappointed! It works really well. It’s steady, easy to clean! I’ve been baking every weekend. And I absolutely love the ice color. I purposely posted a few photos so you can see the color in different light.
