Hello, I am not hardware expert. I was facing this problem since long time so tried this method & it worked for me. If you are not able to fix your problem with these methods then It may have problems with motherboard or hdd. Hope this will help. Thanks 😊

As you said for system re covert using safe mode....but the problem I'm having is...even in safe mode...after loading windows files...it's shows blue screen then restarts again

My system is working only in safe mode , if I start normally blue screen is appearing and restarting plz say what is the problem ?
Restore the backup. If there is no backup then using safe mode take your important files into safe drive. Then format system & install new operating system. Still facing same problem then it has problem with motherboard or harddisk. I am not hardware expert. If you still facing same problem then go to hardware expert.

please disconnected your pc cable ...and open your ram ...and to clean ram and fit your two ram after clean ....and now started your pc
