As an appliance technitian... pleas dont buy these unless you want to be looking for a new fridge in about 6 mounths. They hav water line freezing issues leaking issuesand just more especialy when you add more tech to it
@@jamesgoodman540 GE is the only brand i buy and never had an issue. Just replaced my microwave and dishwasher for GE and they work fantastic. Ive had ge all my life and besides tear and wear stuff no dramatic or premature issues

Note that the fridge we have, is an older model (that leaks), so you may not have any problems with it, truthfully. But be sure to keep the receipt handy .. just in case And congrats on the house, my guy.
Our Samsung fridge constantly fails to maintain temps. Which means food sitting in the danger zone, and the only way we noticed for a long time was when a soda wasn't as cold as it should have been. We got a fridge thermometer to notice it now, but that just means having to fix the problem for 3 months before it ends up going wrong again.

Just a heads up, Samsung appliances are known to have a lot of issues. All of our appliances are Samsung and only 2 years old and already 3 of them have had issues. The heating element in the dryer crapped out. The dishwasher no longer dries dishes anymore. The fridge lost all power because of a poorly connected wire in the door from the manufacturer. They look nice and have a lot of cool features but the quality assurance is terrible.
Samsung products are great except the appliances! Same thing happened with our fridge. Ours lasted about 3 years until ice maker broke, then 2 years later it busted spontaneously and leaked refrigerant in the middle of the nught & we all woke up sick and had to go to the ER. Worst fridge ever. We replaced it with the most basic fridge ever so we wouldnt have any more issues. GE, not Samsung

Unlikely, every Samsung fridge I’ve ever encountered had a completely broken ice maker. To the point where I looked it up and sure enough there was a big old class action lawsuit about it. I wouldn’t put a Samsung in my house even if it was free. Honestly this thing looks like a big giant distraction from the fact they can’t actually make a working ice maker. His calling this a bespoke refrigerator had me confused until I read that Samsung calls this line of fridges the Bespoke. That must be to make people think they are special when they are getting out their credit card at Lowes.
I have the model below the Bespoke. Size constraint. The bummer is that it doesn't have the seperate beverage door so I have to open the fridge door to get to the water so it wastes a little energy because of that. The other bummer part is that there is no way to turn off one of the dual ice makers. It's both or none. Would be nice if I could un case I just wanted one size of ice so I can use the empty portion of the bucket for something else. Would be nice if the shelves had more adjustment but I learned to work with it. Other than the the things I mentioned. I really like my fridge and it holds a lot. The water auto fill water pitcher is nice especially if you are filling a water bottle.

I used to work at home depot, and I worked everywhere else except for appliances. I sold 2. Saw a couple looking at the fridges pointed towards the LG fridge if they wanted craft ice whiskey balls, then heard they wanted something different. I took them to the Samsung fridges and (BTW, I want one. They're nice as hell) started talking up the product. Next thing you know, they get in contact with the people at the table and I'm hearing that they also talked to some people at Samsung since we didn't have any at our store to give out.
I have the same one but with with a big screen on the entire right door. It's pretty awesome. The screen is integrated with alexa by default and it runs all the Android apps. Pretty cool
You and I have similar tastes in refrigerators. My wife and I just got a similar Bespoke fridge with the beverage center from Samsung. But we got the one with the extra drawer in the middle. What’s cool about that is you can change the temperature of the drawer from cool to freezing.
I'm very careful with kitchen appliances as they usually need to go for 10± years. Usually Samsung and LG aren't the most trustworthy. Hopefully yours will last although i doubt it. They look nice though.

My mom just got this fridge as well! We use the white part as a white board for notes and grocery lists! The only problem is the small ice part. It doesn’t make it correctly and we’ve done so many things to try and fix it. The small ice comes out all clumped together, we had to buy a small little ice pick to pick at the small ice cubes… don’t get me wrong, it’s a really cool fridge, we just have issues with it making the small ice cubes… 😅
We got a fridge not to dissimilar from that a few years back. All the water stuff was completely useless because we have really hard water and it just destroyed it instantly every time we tried to fix it. And yes we tried other filtering solutions. You just don't drink the water from the tap. It's so hard it just broke everything.
I’m a die hard Samsung phone user for many many years and I can tell you with my whole heart Samsung just misses the market with appliances our Samsung fridge broke, and now our Samsung dryer won’t shut off unless we physically pull the door open do you know how much work that is when you’re tired AF and need to wait until the clothes dry so you can open door and not get an electric or gas bill that’s an arm and a leg because you fell asleep for 8 hours and left the dryer running. That’s not to mention our Samsung washer stopped agitating the clothes idk how my husband got that to work again but he got that working fine now but dryer is broken and so is fridge. We now have an lg that’s been doing quite well for a year now.

I just got one similar to this one recently it’s has 4 doors 2 for freezer and 2 for the fridge then it has a door within a door and has the pitcher and everything, it also has 2 different sized ice makers and it’s sooo niceee
I personally prefer the familyhub one cuz you can watch yt on it and it can see whats in your fridge and give you step by step recipes with those items and a bunch of other cool stuff that comes with having a smart fridge, it's pretty much just the upgraded version of the Bespoke one
People having problems with their ice make6d freezing up or water dripping from the dispenser I believe is a problem with a lot of fridges with the ice dispenser in the door models. Since the ice maker and bucket sit in the refrigerator instead of the freezer it has a harder time maintaining it's temperature thus causing frost build up and melting issues.
I have the 4 door version. It connects to Samsung smart things and will let you know if you left the door open, adjust the temp, and change the filter. If you have a Samsung tv it'll pop up there too
lol so weird. A beep noise for the door open and a small light notification on the fridge when the filter is to be replaced is enough for those problems..and who is adjusting the temps when away from the fridge itself lol. Useless feature to have on your phone.
@@TheGoonSquadd the bottom sections on some variations split the freezer into a crisper section for fruits and veggies, so it's actually pretty nice to be able to adjust each section independently. Also, if you have kids, they tend to leave the fridge open. If you're not in the room you're not going to hear the alarm
Samsung appliances are notorious for having breakdowns. They look pretty and have nice features but the poor reliability and cost to repair outside of warranty are stressful to deal with. In about three years you're going to establish a close relationship with your appliance service tech.
Actually I would prefer the water thing outside of the fridge, specially at night when I'm about to sneakingly drink some water I like the lights and all be as low and little as possible, sometimes when I'm about to fill up a bottle I don't want the door to be open that long! Aside from that, that'd really cool!

TBF, a transparent panel would make it easier to not open the door anytime you're hungry but don't know what you have. It's still super useful though.

Since the ice maker and bucket sit in the refrigerator instead of the freezer it has a harder time maintaining it's temperature thus causing frost build up and melting issues.

I have the 4 door version. It connects to Samsung smart things and will let you know if you left the door open, adjust the temp, and change the filter. If you have a Samsung tv it'll pop up there too
lol so weird. A beep noise for the door open and a small light notification on the fridge when the filter is to be replaced is enough for those problems..and who is adjusting the temps when away from the fridge itself lol. Useless feature to have on your phone.
@@TheGoonSquadd the bottom sections on some variations split the freezer into a crisper section for fruits and veggies, so it's actually pretty nice to be able to adjust each section independently. Also, if you have kids, they tend to leave the fridge open. If you're not in the room you're not going to hear the alarm

Samsung appliances are notorious for having breakdowns. They look pretty and have nice features but the poor reliability and cost to repair outside of warranty are stressful to deal with.
In about three years you're going to establish a close relationship with your appliance service tech.

Actually I would prefer the water thing outside of the fridge, specially at night when I'm about to sneakingly drink some water I like the lights and all be as low and little as possible, sometimes when I'm about to fill up a bottle I don't want the door to be open that long! Aside from that, that'd really cool!
