- Students were warned by Emerson College on Wednesday their tent-city built outside of the Department of Transportation building violates Boston city ordinance.
What these children don't realize is when they are arrested their names are put on a "No Hire" central list. They might not be charged but they will be remembered.

Their parents are rich and will buy them whatever they need. Rich kids go to Emerson. The only poor or middle class kids I knew at Emerson were the graduate students. Many grad students go there on loans solely because grants are not offered to grad students. many of them also have part of full time jobs, whereas the undergraduates don't need to work at all.
I went there from 2017-2021.
There's a special kind of delusion that these kids are raised with. They think that the world needs to cater to their wants and demands; that the world revolves around them. This is how they were raised.
There's also a lot of pointless idealism to add some kind of meaning and purpose to their lives and make them feel like they're actually doing something good and noble without having to do real work. Not a lot of volunteering for homeless shelters and food pantries, but a lot of protesting and activism for detached issues.

@@felixthecat2786 elections have consequences! I left mass right before Covid/Biden and took my business with me. Now every time I visit it makes me so glad I no longer call that area home. Business owners and taxpayers in the city should demand better.

@christine333. Yes, we remember the two Muslim brothers responsible forthe Boston bombings. They were both drug dealers and users attracted to radical Islamist ideas. One was attending university on a Scholarship. Tragic then and tragic now that radical pro hamazz groups setting up tent cities to disrupt and intimidate here in US. Hope this is resolved soon.

Haven't seen a single hamas flag at any protests. Being pro-Palestinian doesn't mean being pro hamas. Hamas was created out of occupation in the late 1980s, it didn't magically appear out of no where. Its a byproduct of decades of dispossession and occupation. Before hamas, there were other Palestinian militant groups based on other ideologies (communism, bathism, socialism, etc.)
