When Maria said that lesson she would teach her younger self was 'Don't worry about finding out who you are - just live and you will see' (more or less what she said), I thought that was a lesson I certainly needed to learn and which most other people should too.
It's funny how most of these "pagan" singers and entertainers are the most down to earth, loving and humble people there are. They might look and sound intimidating on stage but interviews like this shed another light on the soul behind the music.
I once went to a concert of Heilung and was on mushrooms. That was the coolest and most formative experience in my life. With or without mushrooms, everyone who is into spiritual experiences should have seen this band live!
More insight into Maria's mind and affirming moreover that she is such a genuine beautiful human being, compounded with an ethereal and captivating voice. Glad to see that she and the young interviewer share environmental concerns and advocacy.

I would love to spend five minutes just talking with Maria and Heilung. I discovered them through a friend during the pandemic in late 2020 and fell in love with their music. Was planning on seeing them this month in LA but college and lack of funds kind of messed that up. Hopefully this isn't their only American tour, I'd be so blessed to see them live.
Saw Heilung live 1-2 months ago in the Amphitheater in Gelsenkirchen Germany and man, Heilung paired with the location was so damn amazing. It was raining like crazy but people still enjoyed themselves and loved it for the most part! Definitely an experience I will never forget and I wanna see them again.

I just went to a live show a few days ago & was completely blown away. They had already touched my soul just hearing them & seeing videos but watching them live was a heavy impact on me. If Maria starts hovering while singing, it would further prove that we have an angel amongst us 🙌🏽

These are the kind of interviews that spur imagination rather than just asking for straight answers. I just started listening to Heilung last week. Too bad they were in my neck of the woods a couple of months before I decided to give them a listen, or I'd have gladly paid whatever it took to get into one of those live performances. In the meantime, I watch every possible video I can find of them and jam out to their music at work. Those drums and Maria's ethereal voice go straight into the primal core of my being. They play the soundtrack of the human soul.
