Is that your year list? Or life list?
      Either way well done 🎉

Life list. Not really a serious twitcher but Ive been going for most local birds which is slow progress but makes it exciting when you see something new especially as Baikal teal was my first mega. And sometimes you don’t have to go anywhere as last year I somehow had firecrest and yellow browed warbler in my garden at the same time which was bonkers. I think you should try and see some shearwaters later in the year as I haven’t seen them in any of the videos that I can remember. Could be a good way to snag a few more species for the year list

I was going to try for that little gull on the weekend but decided to go looking for Hawfinch instead. I wish I'd had time to see both but the Hawfinches were showing well so good enough for me. Cirl bunting are becoming really common now in South Devon which is great to see. They're easier to find in the spring because they're such noisy singers.

Yet another riveting video. Shame about the Kentish plover, but something for another day. Cirl buntings were great as were the close up footage of the scaup. News on the van sounds promising, so I hope all goes well with that. Glad you knee is on the mend Kayleigh, and that you are even able to walk ahead instead of painfully keeping up. Good spot with the little gull too, it's always difficult to decide when to move on or give it a bit longer. Keep up the good work, the year total is going well, wheatear next month!

Hello guys, I am curious as to wether it is or not, but it certainly looks like one. In the clip of the white domestic duck, that Gull looks oddly like a Bonepart's to me. Right area for those at that time, as 2 or 3 had been reported down that way.

upon further review, there seems to be too much black on the head, and the primaries are looking a little off. Although that black bill really is fascinating
