Having big windows will earn you money. It's a USP for your studio. However it depends on how much outside noise you have to deal with. If there's not a lot then I say more natural light the better.
Windows yeah. For sure. You can always have nice looking blinds or shutters or whatever you want to close up the room. Or something like panels that can slide up or down. Those panels could have prints on them you know like art. You don't want to get over ornate or complicated. But yeah. Windows can always be made invisible by classy shutters or something.
Its already been said a few times but id always opt for windows that can be shut out with curtains, shutters or similar which gives you the best of both worlds rather than no windows which is then the only option.
Windows are worth so much, theres way too many bunker type studios out there where you feel trapped after a couple of days. Especially with that view I’d go for the windows.
I'd say nothing beats natural light for your biological clock :-) Considering sound isolation of course, which I'm sure will add to the costs (double/triple glazing, sealant, etc etc) Since you are already in this fabulous place, the view is something that can be enjoyed from other spots as well. But then again, think of the control room of Real World studios... Hmmm.....
Yes! You can always have big curtains to block the light and the world :)

Cenzo Townshend did it right with the Decoy Studios.
You can always close off windows visually (curtains / blinds / screens / brick even) but you can't look through windows that aren't there...
Personally I would make most of that wall big windows if it was my living room and get some sexy mid century blinds
Windows 100%. Natural light, and especially with that view.
