It's impossible to follow the specs, just work it with your fingers... The "specs" call for something like .07mm but you will not be able to apply, without taking the engine out! So, insert the sheet and torque it down until it's not sliding without drag. The trick is to adjust, feel the free play and do several rotations and verify again. Again, there's no way the noise will go completely away, but the output will improve dramatically! For reliability, it's much better not enough gap, rather than the valves slapping on the guides. Eventually, everything will worn out and find the perfect gap nonetheless.
XxShafi _KhanxX I doubt you’ll be able to get a Japanese bike for that you could look into the 125cc Chinese pit bikes parts are cheap and it’s easy to work on them
