• WORST GAS BOILER TO IN...
Part 1
• COMMISSIONING THE WORS...
Part 2
I worked on one of these and didnt find it particularly troublesome at all. Honestly I find Worcester Bosch to be the most frustrating boilers to work on in general.
Great content,
I could see this being a real pain to repair in the real world because small boilers usually fit in small spaces😏
A real joy to repair when it's fitted between to cupboards...!! Have they fitted that hose on the top of the AAV to stop engineers closing the cap because it's leaking... 😂
Glow worm used to make some great reliable boilers but I don’t know what’s happened in recent years shouldn’t have sold out to vaillant!
I fully understand that this is a training video, but honestly how many engineers working on folks boilers have touched the isolation valves, unless you want to change them 😂
Imagine trying to use that drain off when the boilers over pressurised! They have no regard for future servicing
Any advice mate, took working pressure of a boiler at meter and it was 22mb, then tested at the boiler test point and was getting 24mb! Any idea what could be causing the increase in pressure? Gas is tight and passed all other tests
What did you use to do the tests
@@tomkatgastraining just a standard 30mb rothenberger u gauge
@@TheFanOfSunderland did you level and zero both times and add the 2 legs together and divide by 2 for an accurate reading
@@tomkatgastraining levelled and zeroed but didn’t divide, was never taught that method! I’ll have another look tomorrow and see if that works, thanks!
The expansion vessel is designed to be remounted in one of two maintenance positions without completely removing it.
Hydrogen build up!!??
Why do Gloworm call it a syphon if it's not?
Auto air vents don't cause the problem, dirty systems do and why would anyone leave them open after commissioning anyway?
Awesome stuff thanks for your efforts 😅
🤘😎🤘
Fitted the compact in my ex's house, I don't hate her but she does complain about it😅.
I would have fitted a sime boiler in my ex wife’s 😂👍🏻
Those gas service valves bloody awful as don’t isolate test point ,, same as used some vaillant ,, how’d they get away with that ?
Looks proper cheap
It was 😜
Best boil 2024 🎉🎉😂😂😂😂😂
Not impressed, lot of plastic 😱😱😱
They all are now
I was right faff to strip down & plastic fantastic!! Not sure how these ‘compensates’ will be in 6-8 years, my guess is a bit knackered!!.....The cracked block around the Kebab burned is shocking, it’s a brand new boiler!!
So no, I’ll not be fitting these!!
