@@victorperez-nd1gr Yes the charge is in ERC-20 per the coin you are sending. As long as it is in Ethereum chain, you will charge per the blockchain.
At the verge of sending, it will pop up the charge with an indication per charge to coin. You will know, try it.

@virtualbacon check your microphone settings or recording settings, there is a high frequency noise when you speak and most of the time it has to do with software. If you checked your audio and everything is fine, it might be the app you use to edit your videos that's to blame. Either way, depending on your problem there are multiple ways to fix it.

The thing I don’t understand, is if your hardware wallet goes bad, like say you spill water on it or something, can you use your written down keys on a different piece of hardware (like a new ledger) to get back in and access your balance?

Are any of these particularly vulnerable to going bankrupt like FTX and BlockFi? I know those were exchanges, so different thing, but do you see that kind of risk with any of these? I had all my crypto sitting in BlockFi when it went bankrupt, and it's been a hassle to wait to recover as much of it as possible, so trying to avoid something like that happening again.
theoretically all online virtual wallets are at risk of going bankrupt but FTX was a particularly dumb case as the dude was gambling with other people's money
@@FantasmaNaranja Yeah, I haven't studied any of the wallet companies to know if they are sketchy, though, so was just checking if I could get a quick opinion from someone more informed. I went with Trust Wallet for now, got my crypto transferred into there without any problems.
You are always at risk when you choose a custodial storage like blockfi Celsius etc. Otherwise a wallet is an interface to blockchain so for self custody as long as you have your seed phrase the wallet company or app becoming defunct doesn’t matter you can recover to another.
I would always look for a self custody solution, a hardware wallet if you have a lot of crypto and never store key phrase online.
