Understanding personal finances and investing will most likely lead to greater financial independence. Stocks are pretty unstable, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks|couple months, so I think there are alot of wealth transfer if you know where to look.
The best course of action is to ask a consultant or investing coach for guidance or assistance.
Speaking with a consultant helped me stay afloat in the market and grow my portfolio to about 65% since January, even though I know it sounds obvious or generic.

My colleagues had a good laugh at me when I told them I started my journey with $5k capital and how I accumulated over 5 figures within a span of 7 months. They never believed me until I pulled out my P&L.
As long as you diversify your portfolio, any single stock or investment that you own shouldn’t have too much of an impact on your overall return. Predicting short-term market movements is extremely difficult in reality. It also essentially requires the investor to be right twice: they must perfectly time both their entrance to and exit from the market.
I've lately stopped listening to RUclipsrs for advice because, in the end, all I get is a disorganized collection of assets. Whereas with the help of a real market specialist, I was able to make over $670k in less than two years. Maybe thats what you also need to do
