1. Separate egg whites and yolks
2. Add some salt to the egg yolk and mix well
3. Add sugar to egg whites and whip with a hand blender
4. Add the mixed yolk together and stir lightly
5. Lightly oil the frying pan and wipe it evenly with a kitchen towel.
6. Bake slowly over low heat.
