    The people of Changmai were basically the Royal Chefs of the Ahom kings, as no one else was allowed to prepare food for the king during that time. And just want to clarify that maidams are not equivalent to kabaristan; they hold a distinct identity and significance. And and the Mughals were never able to reach Sibsagar, let alone the Ahom palaces. Their advance was decisively halted by Ahom Commander Lachit Borphukan near Guwahati, at the site of the Saraighat Bridge.
    Furthermore, the entrances to each palace were designed to be short as a strategic measure, ensuring that if enemies infiltrated, wouldn’t be able to escape easily.

    Assam mein mughalon ka bar bar hamla hota tha.islie palace wagera bricks k wajai woods se bante the.taki kam se kam nuksan ho andar jo vi log hote the.And also kuch per hain jinko Ahom bhot pure and pavitra mante the,as we are a part of tai culture islie hum log nature ke jyada se jyada close rehene ko mante hain.Aur jab hamla hua tha tab gargaon,karengghar etc ko jala dia gaya.jis wajahse abhi sirf ek chota sa part vacha huwa hain.baki agar real palace ko dekhna hain to apko old manuscript paintings mein dekh sakte ho.Ek painting kia hua book hain called 'hastibidarnava puthi'.usmein dekh sakte ho.

    The word "moidam" comes from the Tai words phrang-mai-dam or mai-tam, where phrang-mai means "to put into the grave" or "to bury" and dam means "the spirit of the dead"
    Moidams are burial mounds built by the Tai-Ahom people of Assam, India to inter their kings, queens, and nobles

Burmese invasions bht times huwa, aur mass level pe destruction huwa tha, Maan Xena (Burmese Kingdom) & logon ke dwaara. Jisme Manipur Kingdom (Kanglepak) ne allied bannkar help kiya tha, but Ahom kingdom ke hi ek province ke Governor ne political reason se betrayed kiya, aur Burmese logon ko secret informations milne kaaran bht andar tak aakar mass destruction kiya. Tabhi Britishers ke saath Treaty of Yandaboo sign huwa, aur Ahom kingdom & Manipur Kingdom ka dark ages shuru hone lagg gaya tha, invincible northeast mei Britishers ki entry ho gayi tab.

    The first Ahom king Su-Ka-Pha was entered North East from Mung Mao of China (now this is called Huili in China, a border territory near Myanmar) by crossing the mountain ranges of Patkai. Actually according to a tale of China, the name of the nation comes from the Mao community in China, where mentioned about the birth of Maos. According to this, the Ahoms was a part of the Mao community. They've gifted many weapons and a umbrella from Maodon (god and ancestors of that community). Now you can see the umbrella in every chinese movies or reels). The king Su-Ka-Pha's mother was a princess of Mao dynasty and His father was a king of an aother dynasty. But the Uncle of Su-Ka-Pha had no child. That's why Su-Ka-Pha became the king of Mung Mao. But after many years later a child was born in this dynasty. So his grandmother has said Su-Ka-Pha that "two tigers can never survive in one jungle". It means there will be one king. So Su-Ka-Pha leaved this place with his followers and queens with some weapons. After crossing the Patkai mountain they beat the "Headhunters Nagas". After almost 19 years of leaving Mung Mao Su--Ka-Pha established his Kingdom in Charaideu. According to an another roumers that the Ahoms and Mans of Burma was twins. Most probably Su-Ka-Pha's father was a king of Burma (now it's called Myanmar). That's why Badan Borphukan welcomed Mans into Assam to restablise the kingdom again. The Ahoms defeated Mughals 17 times continuously. In a history book I found that the commander of Mughals Turbok Khan's head was burried into moidam's ground that everyone can walk on it. I've never heard about anyone that fighting during suffering illness like Lachit Borphukan deafending the territory against thousands of warriors of Mughal emperor Aurangzeb. That was the Mighty Ahoms.

    Ahoms are Tai Chinese and not Indians.
    Before Ahoms, Kamrupa the real name of Oxom erroneously pronounced as Assam, was a Bengali kingdom.
    After Tai Chinese Ahoms, Kamrupa aka undivided Assam was occupied by Burma.
    It is from Burma East India Company liberated North East from in 1832CE.
    The Nagas, Kukis, Mizos are not Indians but Burmese Chin people.
    The Meitei like the Ahoms are Tai Chinese and not Indians.

    7 storey neeche nahi dab gaya kya history lesson de rha hai ye aadmi. 7 storey ka banaya tha jismein upar ke 4 storeys abhi bhi hai aur neeche 3 storeys underground hi banaye gaye the jismein 2 secret tunnel the. Ek 3 km ki hai jo Dikhow river mein jaake nikal sakte hai aur ek 16 kms long jo Gorgaon (Gorgoya) Palace mein nikalta tha in case of any enemy invasions or attacks. Those tunnels didn't get buried coz of earthquakes as it was built to be earthquake proof as well (A.S.I. approved). The tunnels were closed off during the British era.

    • @uzzalcharingia
      @uzzalcharingia Месяц назад

      Then tell me how come 3 storey goes underground?? And FYI the first Ground Penetrating Survey(GPR) in the northeast, undertaken at two Ahom monuments in the Sivasagar district in early April 2015, did not reveal the existence of any secret tunnel. The survey was carried out by IIT Kanpur, in collaboration with the Guwahati circle of the Archaeological Survey of India.
      Brother there is a difference between myths and facts ...Still there are mysteries about Talatal Ghar and research works are on progress.
      And I am not giving any history lessons to anybody who I am to give lessons. I am not a scholar neither a tourist guide or anyone who deals with history and archaeology .He asked random questions and I had just shared my information with him ...If you have that vast knowledge and ideas do documentaries films and do whatever you want.
