@Blue Couldn't agree more about the new logo, it's literally a children's drawing. Personally the lowercase logo from October 1998 was better. ITV just lack proper creativeness period.
Decent at the time but hasn't really stood the test of time. Somewhere I have the CD that the composer sent me back in the day with all the variations of this, including the xmas version.

ITV suits blue and yellow a lot more than the odd teal colour they've recently adopted. The current logo wouldn't work though somehow

Where did you get this, RUclips compresses audio for support for multiple devices, and that means that the audio quality will be reduced.
Maybe the uploader of the video had access to the master tapes of this song, which might explain why this is high quality
