    Would these exercises be helpful for severe pain (that causes limping) behind the knee that comes and goes? Not asking for a dx.

    I have figured out that yogurt aggravate my joints and knee pain. Please tell me is this a real thing, is yogurt not good for arthritis? Or is this my wrong assumption? Thanks in advance
