Salut- How would we talk about liking somthing more or less... for example- I like the red apple more than green apple. My guess is j'aime plus la pomme rouge que la pomme verte. is this close to correct?
Janis Lokke oui c'est correct! "J'aime la pomme rouge plus que la pomme verte" est correct aussi. It's a quantity comparaison right. J'aime autant la pomme verte que la pomme rouge.
It's been a month since I started learning french on my own. I'm following your channel and I find it very helpful. Much appreciation for that. I've a question though - why did you pronounce the 's' of 'plus'?
Merci beaucoup !! Don't forget to subscribe!! If you have "plus de" you pronounce the "s" if you have plus + adjective or adverb then you don't pronounce the "s".
Bonjour encore- Un peu plus de practique. 1. Nous avons plus du bois que ils. (We have more wood than them.) 2. Ma camp a plus du bois que le camp de Jacque. (my Camp has more wood than Jack's camp.) 3.J'ai plus froide que toi. (I am more cold than you) 4. Tu as moins froide que moi. (you are less cold than me) 5. J'essaie plus que la fille. (I try more than the girl.) 6. Ils importent mois de bois que nous. (They import less wood than us.) 7. Elle essayera le plus de la classe. (she tries the most in the class.) 8. nous avons le bois meiller de la monde (We have the best wood in the world.) 9. Il essayera aussie que moi. ( He tries as much as me) 10. Je suis la moins grande de ma famille. (I am the least tall of my family.) Merci Beaucoup.
Pas de problème !! pratique :) 1 plus de bois que eux --> qu'eux 2 Mon camp... plus de.. Jacques 3 froid 4 froid 5 ok 6 moins 7 elle essaye 8 le meilleur bois du monde 9 il essaye autant que moi 10 ok. Pas de soucis !!!

@@EasyToLearnFrench si je ne trompe pas, je pense que la conjugaison du verbe est quand le pronom est il ou elle. N'est-ce pas vrai?
