Tip on the Holesaw/Drilling Stainless: Low Speed, Medium to Heavy Pressure, and lube. I'm sure that easier said than done, just try to keep the heat down on the holesaw.
You sir have an awesome tutorial. You are a natural! I appreciate you not editing out your trials and errors. This will be my go to reference video for my installation. Thank you.
That was such a helpful video. Thanks for the time you put into that. I’m keeping this one on reference for when I install this system on my 2005 Excursion, 6.0!
Thanks!!! Really do appreciate it, your kit has performed flawlessly no issues at all. Your products are top notch and customer service is unbeatable, keep up the good work. 🇺🇸
If you’re going to go with larger injectors yes it’s definitely worth it. It does have way better fuel filtration than the oem filters but if you keep up on fuel filter changes every 15k miles I don’t see anything wrong with the factory system.
Hey, thank you for the video it’s great, I have a question, why did you choose this method, over the drilling of the tank and fitting the sump from Fass, Beans etc? I’m trying to decide what method to do on my 2000 Ex.
I went this route because the excursion tank has that heavy duty shield around the tank so I’d have to drill through that first plus I was afraid the fuel lines would be hanging to low and get snagged on something especially because I take this up in the hills quite a bit on some sketchy trails so figured this was the safer route.
What I don't get is the 2.8k views and 69 likes. What the hell is wrong with so many people? Maybe they want you to come to their house and do it for them. Holy crap, people. Give the dude a friggin like!
For what it is worth, the FASS site warranty info says that they will not warranty a FASS system purchased from Amazon. Also you kept referring to the tank bulk head fittings as return and sump. Shouldn't be return and supply?
HANDS DOWN BEST INSTALL VIDEO FOR THIS SYSTEM!!!
Thanks man appreciate that.

@@BLUECOLLARGARAGE Thank you guys!
Thanks for the video. Question - is the fuel system worth it?
