And raise your daughters to be strong women who take care of men. Women need to be able to take care of their families just as much as men. We should simply be trying to equip our children to be able to look after each other and cope when life throws up adversity in any form. Bring your sons up to be able to earn a living and keep house and care for children and bring your daughters up to earn a living and keep house and care for children. You have to be able to do both because in the event of illness, accident, death or divorce you need to be able to cope....and you need to be in a position where being in a relationship is not the only way to survive, that you can thrive on your own too...or shoulder the burdens yourself if something happens to your partner and you need to care for them and your kids. Choice is a good thing and not everyone wants to be in a relationship and have a family, so you better be able to look after yourself!
