This level's another short and sweet one. I thought I had this pretty much optimal a few years ago; I had a 1'30"8xx and couldn't manage to get it any lower no matter what I did. It always kinda bugged me that I couldn't sub 1'30. Well, now I've finally done it. Thanks for watching, and please leave a like and a comment if you enjoyed the video!

Wave Ocean is too reminiscent of the first stage in Sonic Adventure. xD
Even skipping Shadow's 2nd section it makes perfect sense, story wise.
How so?
Skeeter Mania because In the cutscene after Wave Ocean, omega starts shooting mephiles with his like Hand Cannons? Look it up you’ll understand
You can also just hover off to the left to get around the invisible walls, then once you're out of bounds reenter the level at the goal ring. It's pretty easy to pull off and only a few seconds slower than the moon jump method.
Incorrect. Hold a hover as long as possible and release A the same frame you touch the ground. No need to press A again. Hell, you don't even need to pause; I just did that to help me time it.

I like how Omega has a giant bulge where his crotch is, in contrast to E-102's metal loin cloth.

Omega is supposed to complete Mephiles 1 and Team Attack Amigo.
Watching someone speed run a really bad game is very entertaining and therapeutic for some reason. It`s like watching someone beat superman 64 with a keyboard, you don`t care how he did it your just astonished it`s happening....

One thing that really bugged me about Omega in this game: why is he faster than Sonic? >_>
I mean, if Sega decided to randomly make Omega fast, then why not have all of the currently slow characters also be fast?

Am I the only one curious about the shadow glitch at the end? How did you do that, or is it by chance?

When a robot goes faster than sonic
When I beat the stage as Omega I just hug a rock while spamming A so he flies upwards. Then when I pass the invisible barrier I do a U-turn and fly past the part with Mephiles.
This trick is more quick though... but I have no idea how that pause glitch works XD;;
just jump, and as soon as your about to land, pause the game, then unpause, and jump.
