Glad the infield is now set, best in the league. However, we need to keep our team in high spirits and I think letting all our shortstops play SS would be awesome. Obviously Kim is the SS of our team but the entire MLB! There’s no denying that he is the best Fielder in the entire league, and if he stays on this trajectory, he will be the greatest infielder to ever live. But he will need some rest, maybe, but I know Kim would appreciate, just as much as us fans, some of our other outstanding shortstops to have some fun at the position as well. i’m thinking just a measly 10% of the season be played by three other players maybe for. Four games of peace. Machado, Tatis, Bogaerts and Cronenworth. I know that everybody on the team and all the fans would love to see those players at shortstop. We know they will perform and we know that they will love having some fun on the field. Let them play! We will lose any games with those guys playing at shortstop. they could all be all stars at shortstop gold Glover at shortstop if they were on other teams. I think it would be also a good show of Faith to Bogaerts to let him play the position even though it belongs to Kim clearly.
I don’t know how the rest of the outfield will shape up, but it’s Tatis ain’t in centerfield. We ain’t going nowhere. Your best athlete has to play shortstop or centerfield and since he’s not playing shortstop, he needs to play centerfield. And with azocar in right field and Profar in left field , I think we have a better chance at winning the World Series than we ever did with Soto. Just got a shore of the pitching staff and don’t wait till the freaking trade deadline.
Can’t wait to watch Machado and Kim on the left side all season, the two best defenseman left of second base in the league!
