Made this last night. A gorgeous meal. Dave's quantities are spot on for my taste. I never feel a need to adjust any ingredient. Love the easy presentations and 30 minute meals. This will be my go to channel for whatever I'm thinking of making. 👍

I have now made only 2 of your recipes but am sold as they turned out amazing and exactly what I hoped for. Your meals are a fantastic, easy way for people to get off processed food and cook for themselves. You don't make a fuss and I really like that relaxed approach, it makes tackling one of your meals easy. Once anyone has accumulated a good full pantry, which I now have (took me a couple of months bit by bit) all you need is your meat of choice, to be subbed to you and you are going to have a delish, healthy meal. I say healthy because I believe in good fats from meat and dairy, as long as it wasn't dished out of a packet. Looking forward to trying all your recipes over time. 👍

Dave, thank you for your wonderful recipes. I have tried your one-pan Roman chicken breast and chicken with rice (soooo good), so I can't wait to try this one. However, I used chicken thighs and then placed in the oven to finish cooking as I was afraid to burn the chicken. Worked really well.
