How to make a Watermelon Margarita - A perfect fresh summer cocktail!

- In this video Im making one of my old warm weather winners! It's a margarita using fresh seasonal ingredients, watermelon, cucumber, and mint. Cause who doesn't love fresh herbs?
First I break down a watermelon to make the juice to use in the cocktail. (since a whole watermelon will not fit in a glass) I use a blender tho this isn not a blended drink, its just for the watermelon juice that can be stored for a few days ahead of time. Then I walk through the process of building the drink. This drink requires no muddling despite the fresh ingredients which makes it hat much easier. It goes down entirely too smooth and I challenge anyone to try this cocktail when the mercury climbs. Hopefully you enjoy, and remember, there are no rules, so if yo make this drink, please mix and match to find the right way to make it for you.

2 oz. (60 ml) Blanco/Silver Tequila
1 oz. (30 ml) Lime Juice
1/2 oz (15 ml) Agave Nectar
1 oz. (30 ml) Watermelon Juice
1 nickel of cucumber
2 mint leaves
Watermelon & lime wheel garnish.
(Optional salt)

I actually should have served this up, it wasn't the prettiest presentation, but seriously, the drink is off the hook good. I reccomend a non alcoholic version if you aren't drinking alcohol.

Looks fantastic. I've done a frozen watermelon margarita a few times. Cube the watermelon, freeze it, and use it instead of ice in the blender to get a nice thick frozen version. Cheers

@@drinkswithdave Well it looks really refreshing. Cucumber and Mint are two of the most refreshing ingredients and having them in one cocktail seems awesome
I have to make this. I love margaritas and watermelon but I don't know if I have had one with cucumber. Either way yum
cucumber can overpower - its weird like that, so start small.
