Love these tips for DC! Compared to other US cities, the free museum factor makes it so attractive, and many people may not even be aware of it. The collections at the Smithsonian rank with NYC, Boston, and Chicago. Plus they're so close together on the National Mall and not having to pay $20 at each museum makes DC a bargain! @@pelenaka On this trip, we were actually headed up to Canada to do some van camping there, but it was way too hot during our stop in DC, so we just got a hotel there. It was surprisingly cheap! For transportation, we mostly walked.
My orthodontist said it's okay to go up to 2 months between visits. The road trip we're on right now will only be about 6-8 weeks total, and I had a visit right before we left home! 🦷✨ -Lauren

How are you doing dental checkups for your braces while living like a nomad? Do you just go to a random orthodontists everytime to adjust them?
