Such a Perfect Wallet for the average consumer, combines Versatility (fits cash cards and ID nicely), Durability (made from the best polycarbonate material) , Style (Variety of Colors) and a piece of mind (Protection from RFID scanners). I have to say Flipside 3X Bolt Blue along with the Flipsidekick are a perfect combination really compact for easy access to cards and cash makes a good Christmas/Birthday Gift, definitely worth the $40, this has to be the very last wallet you'll ever buy unless Flipside Wallets Unveil the 4X wallet :)

Just bought one last week. So far it is an AWESOME wallet. Everything stays organized, and it basically feels like a small light cell phone in my pocket. The only drawback is that business cards are a little too big to fit on the inside of the wallet, and if you keep them under the outer rubberband the corners get bent up. Otherwise, this wallet rules!
I recall a segment on the news that indicated carrying multiple chipped cards was a way to protect from the scanners. A single card provides just its information. Apparently when the scanner "excites" multiple chips, they would get multiple types of data responding, thereby providing jibberish.
I plan on saving the old chips from my cards and trim them so they are easy to carry.
I like the idea. Even though they are out of stock, you could show the colors options, etc. on your store site.

Ive had the 2x for 6 months now, I work in construction. the thing gets dropped, smashed and USED everyday. so far, ZERO problems. no card loss, nothin! buy it in blaze orange for anti loss help :)

Very cool, but I have an idea how about a combination lock and if possible incase you lose your wallet you can track it via cellphone gps?
Just ordered mine. This looks far more advanced than the typical Seen On TV Aluminum wallet. Wish I had this wallet sooner.

What I would love to see is a small hole to fit a miniature pen. Lost count how often I needed a pen on the fly.

It's been 4 months and this wallet is still holding just fine. Needed a few sharp edges shaved off and I attached an extended button out of a printer roller. I see a lot of other wallets trying to be different, but this is the only wallet that is innovative and more functional than a standard tri-fold/bi-fold wallet. Unless Flipside develops a new wallet with a pocket pen slot, I can see the Flipside being the last wallet I will ever buy.

I have a question. In the video, it was mentioned that only the internal slots for 6 cards are shielded from RFID Scanning and Theft, does that mean if we put cards in the outer slot(Still Inside the Wallet if closed), that it is not shielded?
Both my 3X Bolt Blue and my Flipsidekick going to come in tomorrow finally after a full week the beeeessstttttt :) thought it was going to come last Friday or Saturday cuz of the 2-3day priority Mail since i ordered on Last Tuesday but guess i was wrong :( Flipside Wallets should improve on the shipping department

So, for the scan test, you held the bare card on the left and scanned the "right" side, then after inserted into RFID wallet, you scanned the "left" side as you are holding it on the right side that you previously scanned bare. Where is the RFID chip on that card? Left or right? Whether it makes a difference or not in the results, it *appears* deceptive if one is watching.

It absolutely does not matter where you hold an RFID card--it will scan on any side and any edge. As long as it is inside a Flipside Wallet it will not scan at all.

had mine for about 9 months everytime i watch this i wonder why we cant try this a home its not dangerous unless plastic flys everywhere

I've had a Flipside wallet for some 2 years now. Been dropped multiple times and even run over once with my car. Other than the obvious external scuffs from the abuse it has taken, it's as functional as the day it arrived via UPS.

You can keep coins in the billfold compartment. You will need to be careful when opening it to ensure they don't spill out, but they will remain contained within the billfold compartment as long as the wallet is clasped shut.

These marketing gimmicks for RFID blocking wallets is nothing more than marketing. If someone is going to lift your #'s they're going to do it at the scanning level when you take the CARD OUT OF THE WALLET. I don't know of a single RFID hacker who just walks up to someones back pocket... it doesn't work like that.
Oh yes it is.. i've just watched in our french tv a documentary yesterday night about a man in the subway walking back and forth and he got 10 credit card numbers by just doin this with his Ipad and a free software.
it happend to me 2 times before i got an rfid wallet the bank took care of it but it was a pain in the ass
