Unveiling a Record-Breaking Collection: James Azrael's Movie Props & Lobo Memorabilia | SWAU

James is a dedicated collector of screen-used movie props and the founder of The Horror & SciFi Prop Preservation Association (HSPPA), a not-for-profit traveling museum showcasing an impressive collection of around 4,000 screen-used props and wardrobes.
Beyond his passion for movie props, James holds the 2022 Guinness World Record for the largest collection of Lobo (DC Comics) memorabilia and authored a 400-page compendium on Lobo in 2023.
His collection doesn't stop there; he also treasures autographs, often pairing them with his props and framing them together. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he expanded this unique collection, with many autographs obtained through SWAU.
James' love for collecting extends to musician gear, boasting items like Vivian Campbell's Marshall amp from 90's Def Leppard, Don McLean's personal acoustic guitar, Gary Holt's ESP used throughout Slayer's final tour, and a custom-built guitar by Mark Slaughter.
