Hello Mauro What V-mount plate did you use. I purchased the one in the link and it does not mount the way yours shows. Also your battery plate has a D tap on it and the one in your link does not. Can you please help I am trying to build this exact setup.
Whats your firmware version of mastereye monitor? I bought one and the seller told since he updated to 2.2.1 version the internal battery is not charging anymore.. its working only with npf batteries.. zhiyun also deleted the firmware from their website so I didnt find any old version of mastereye firmware anywhere..
@@MAUROSFILMS I checked all of your links before commenting, and I do not see it in any of the descriptions you provided. The only thing I see is the Monitor+Transmitter combo. Does that MasterEye combo come with a component that allows you to mount it to the underside of the QR Plate?
@@scottjohnson3017 oh that! it's not a component that you can purchase separately, this is wha there is no link for that. it's the Adapter plate that comes in with the the Trans mount Wireless Image transmission system.

I can get my video to work but I cant seem to get the Master-Eye to control the my CMF-06 fallow focus or Gimble. Do you have any setting tips on getting the follow focus to work?
Are you using the right cable? Did you update it to the last firmware? Turn it Off and On a couple of times. Check the setting for the wheel option. Maybe it's set to another movement or Digital Zoom

Hi really nice setup! I'm having a problem and I want to know if you know how can I fix it. Brand new Crane 4. Charged at home, once fully charged when I unplugged the USB-C the screen won't stop showing the battery icon, never turns off. Even when I power on the unit it shows like it's still charging. Updated to the latest firmware and it does the same thing. Zhiyun support told me via Facebook that it could be a hardware problem with the unit so I got another unit from the retailer, same problem. Sorry for the large text but I wanted to give you all context. Thank you in advance!!
Greetings, Great presentation. I have a question. I have a Weebill 3s and a VC100 MasterEye. We are working with the Sony A6500 and A6700, the VC100 offers limited functionality for both cameras. What camera do you use, and do you have full camera functionality from the VC100?
I noticed “PF” (pan follow) indicator really small in the top left corner of the LCD on the gimbal. Can you make that bigger? Sometimes I need to know what mode I’m using without having to move it to find out.
Does it remember the last mode you had on? That’s the reason why I always had to check which mode I’m in, because my crane 2 defaults to PF mode whenever I turn off and on. I always shoot in F mode and I sometimes forget to change it after I turn it on. It should really remember your last used mode. Super annoying.
It depends on what ecosystem you are used to work with and the amount of dedicated accessories that matter to you for your upgrades like thr Wireless Image Transmission system, follow focus, motors, etc...
Please don't buy this think. Crane 4 after 5 mounths it's decided to stop working. And all this issues appear at same time Crane 4 "update failed" it doesn't hold any charge it seems to attempt to update, then "fails" plugging into my pc doesn't give it any life can't connect to ZY play to update it

The followfocus only work with the correct usb cable from zhiyun... it has a L shape in both sides..

Both will work on the Blackmagic 6K but i still think that the Crane 3S will be slightly better with some more space for your rig

Hmmm..at this time there is no way to make it bigger
