There are colors but there are also different tones that come with it especially with the ones that aren't in the colorwheel. Maybe he meant blue as in ocean blue that are dark in contrast and not crystal clear water kind of blue. It varies man.

She came in with her husband (I thought it was her father, to ground her and teach her) I assumed that this calm energy they had when talking to Dave would carry on, I thought they’d have a conversation, but that whole walkway of them reaching Kito, you can see all that turmoil building up, and suspense, until the husband yelled out “Hey Asshole!” he was just so pissed 😂. She accepts the design and they sit for a session as he does the outline. Next session comes and she bails. Dude’s condition majorly acts up and they have to get him a new canvas, which means a new design and an increased timeline before the finale, which could trigger him more. He wins his season, no thanks to her. She ends up getting the outline removed but realised it was a mistake. She’s comes back to get another tattoo from him, only for him to go “nah, I’m not working with you again.”

She came in with her husband (I thought it was her father, to ground her and teach her) I assumed that this calm energy they had when talking to Dave would carry on, I thought they’d have a conversation, but that whole walkway of them reaching Kito, you can see all that turmoil building up, and suspense, until the husband yelled out “Hey Asshole!” he was just so pissed 😂. Then they blew up at him while he kept his cool, listening to their absurdity.

She was his master canvas in the season 3 finale. She accepts the design and they sit for a session as he does the outline. Next session comes and she bails. Dude’s condition majorly acts up and they have to get him a new canvas, which means a new design and an increased timeline before the finale, which could trigger him more.
He wins his season, no thanks to her. She ends up getting the outline removed but realised it was a mistake. She’s comes back to get another tattoo from him, only for him to go “nah, I’m not working with you again.”

To be fair many tattoos from this show are horrible, and the artist are subpar at best. Free or not, you should not ruin someones skin for a tv show.
At least two of those canvas were on the show multiple times and got free tattoos. Kyle's guy was actually on three times at least.

No one at all was acknowledging as soon as she walked in was rude through the whole way and he kept his cool. “Kito” I would let you tat me up. I would have not brought her back to the show.
