I just wanted to say that I discovered you off a meditation app and no one has ever been able to calm me down like you have. Your voice and choice of words have healed me and still touch my soul. I have no words to express my gratitude for this beautiful guided meditation.
No other video has the capacity to bring me down from a panic attack like these have. Thank you! Is there a possibility of you ever making a mediation for feeling safe. I have ptsd and would love one to just reassure myself that I am safe now. Or maybe one to not feel guilty/paranoid for being happy? Nothing is waiting around the corner. I deserve to be happy!
