    I've really benefitted from your _"Meditation for heartbreak: gentle guided deep breathing exercise to heal the heart"_ video. This one though, I'm not ready for yet. Imagining myself and the girl who left me in a bright light and reflecting on everything that was good about our relationship was much too painful.

    Questions for anyone who is willing to answer. I want to see people’s view points on this. Do you think it’s possible to heal in the same place that hurt you? Do you think it’s possible to try to “make it work” or fall back in love with someone if a person is doing the necessary work? Or should the person who is trying to do the work to make things right in the relationship just move on because maybe it’s not meant to be?

    I learned that cold compression and any vibrator put them on ur tummy and open a book and look at the words that has holes 🕳️ like e o p g b etc and count them the pain with go away either physically or mentally works both ways and listening to meditation helps to relax sooo much

    I wanna say that he was everything. He was all that romantic kinda stuff. And he was friend. I’ve never met someone like him. And u guys understand exactly what I’m talking about. That shit: right person and the wrong time. And it’s over tonight. I feel pain but mostly emptiness. Nothing. And everything. At the same time. It’s hard ‘cause I almost stop do dru.s . I believed that we can be family and I must be sober. I steel wanna be sober and I do. But u know, hard time is coming. Everything is gonna be alright. We are all gonna be alright one day.

    Your words are so poignant and nourishing. I've been sitting with this meditation most days, recently. I've realized that a lot of my inner pain isn't even the expected grief, sadness, loss, etc. It's truly that there are so many seemingly oppositional emotions happening at once. It's confusing, so I suppress until I get knotted up and go on for days, months, however long, until I break down. Revisiting this quick meditation has helped me acknowledge, feel, and release pressure more consistently that otherwise builds up. I really appreciate that your meditations go beyond relaxation and allow me to really feel the fullness of life, pleasant and painful, to truly cultivate peace. Thank you for your healing work.

    My boyfriend and I just broke up 2 day ago.. we were together for almost 6 years. He was my everything. He gave me everything and was so good to me. But I’ve suppressed a lot of my childhood traumas and I’ve been going through a lot mentally and it’s been causing a challenging shift in our relationship. As much as he wanted to help me heal and be there for me, it was putting stress on the both of us and I knew I had to make the hard decision and let him go so I could heal from my past wounds. This meditation helped me sit with my pain and grieve the beautiful relationship I just lost.. I have never cried so hard in a meditation and felt so many emotions. Thank you❤

    I finally worked my way up to 30 minutes every day this past week for the MBSR body scan and just discovered this one! I was apprehensive about doing it for so long but have found I am enjoying it more as I increase the length and I'm excited to try 45 minutes this week. thank you Dora <3

    I found this meditation completely useless, how is it supposed to help with the heartbreak I don’t know ? Just made me more angry

      Hi! Sorry found it useless. However, you did mention that it made your more angry and I wonder what the anger is pointing you towards? Oftentimes emotions that arise during our meditation practice are inviting us to sit and be with them as a way to heal and transform. I find for myself, underneath anger, is always sadness. Maybe this is true for you? Thank you for your feedback, wishing you much love and compassion!
