I purchased the ebook of inner engineering for a very very minimal price... maybe less than Rs.100 i dont remember!! after all this i am changed person for free..... it was nearly a 1 year journey to do all this and gather so much knowledge and you are getting all this compiled in a course of 7 days for a price of 1750!! what do you want!!!!! ab sadhguru ghar aake sikha de kyaa😂😂

Even I'm practicing my regular meditation (Isha Kriya) twice a day . (And believe me it has changed me a lot !!!) I want to come to Isha Foundation at least once in my whole lifetime . And later I completed inner engineering online in this lockdown period (when it was offered free for people under 25 years of age! 😀) And it completely transformed me into a better person. And it was all for free yeah! 😀

Yes Inner engineering retreat program has started again in the ashram from December. Check online for the upcoming dates. After inner engineering you only continue 21min Shambhavi Mahamudra meditation. Doing advance programs are not compulsory.
