I want to apologize in advance to those folks who are unable to procure this flour blend. But seriously this cake is so good that it would be unfair of me to not post it for all those people who can get this blend! This is a great Special occasion AIP Cake!
Will be making this soon i never had aip chocolate cake before i love chocolate soooooooooooo much perfect for my birthday next year on 19 September and after office snacks love your recipes making me hungry Thanks Ramya
This recipe is meant as an occasional treat and not to be consumed on a regular basis. As a nutritional coach, I know how much eating an occasional treat can help patients to stay on diet. But of course one also needs to work with a NTP or FM practitioner to address other gut issues. And natural sugars that are used in this recipe are all AIP compliant. Again if you can avoid all sweets and still do AIP successfully, kudos to you! But to those who find it hard, an occasional treat like this can make them feel psychologically better which in turn plays a great role in your overall physical wellbeing.
yes that's true. I believe I mention that in the video that you can replace cacao with carob for AIP. My recipe blog post also states the same: cook2nourish.com/2021/12/aip-chocolate-cake-paleo-aip-vegan.html

thank you! Glad you like it! :)
Looks delicious!
Yes it is absolutely delicious!
What do you do if the consistency comes out thick? I followed your recipe by the book🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️
Do you mean the consistency of the batter? Or the cake texture? Ovens vary a lot so maybe you needed to bake it for longer?
Hiii my dear! can i make this recipe with cassava flour? and use banana instead apple sauce?
Not sure how the texture will be. Check out my AIP banana bread recipe.
Hi 😊. If I have the flours separately what ratio should I use if each one please
I don't know what the ratio of the flours are in the blend. You will just need to experiment yourself! Sorry!
Can you link your website so we can find the recipe?
Here you go> I thought it was in the description box: cook2nourish.com/2021/12/aip-chocolate-cake-paleo-aip-vegan.html
Could you tell me where you would purchase this AIP flour Ty
Hi Ruby, I have posted a link in the description box for the flour blend. It's also in the recipe post on my website.
I think is too much sugar for AIP
