    I want to apologize in advance to those folks who are unable to procure this flour blend. But seriously this cake is so good that it would be unfair of me to not post it for all those people who can get this blend! This is a great Special occasion AIP Cake!

    What do you do if the consistency comes out thick? I followed your recipe by the book🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

      Do you mean the consistency of the batter? Or the cake texture? Ovens vary a lot so maybe you needed to bake it for longer?

      I don't know what the ratio of the flours are in the blend. You will just need to experiment yourself! Sorry!

    I think is too much sugar for AIP

    • @Cook2Nourish

      This recipe is meant as an occasional treat and not to be consumed on a regular basis. As a nutritional coach, I know how much eating an occasional treat can help patients to stay on diet. But of course one also needs to work with a NTP or FM practitioner to address other gut issues. And natural sugars that are used in this recipe are all AIP compliant. Again if you can avoid all sweets and still do AIP successfully, kudos to you! But to those who find it hard, an occasional treat like this can make them feel psychologically better which in turn plays a great role in your overall physical wellbeing.

    Cacao isn't AIP

    • @Cook2Nourish
      @Cook2Nourish  Год назад +1

      yes that's true. I believe I mention that in the video that you can replace cacao with carob for AIP. My recipe blog post also states the same: cook2nourish.com/2021/12/aip-chocolate-cake-paleo-aip-vegan.html
