Herpa 1:500 is sometimes rather overpriced tbh, but still pretty good quality

At 1:500 and using some of these great little models, if you had a big enough rectangular table, say 12-16' long, you could make a nice scale airfield model of a number of smaller airports that 737s, small Airbuses, etc. can operate at. Of course you can pretend anything you like and put bigger planes on it too. A 12' square table would be just right for a model of Chicago Midway. You'd just need to put a few access hatches out in the middle in the 'grassy' areas to be able to reach everything. I bet you're already thinking about it. When I was young I had an HO model railroad on a long table made with two 4x8' plywood sheets topped with homasote fibre board and I put a small airport inside the rail layout next to the town. I made cardboard and plastic scale buildings too with internal lighting but not quite as nice as your ORD T-5 model. Had airfield lighting too, you can use micro bulbs and optical fibres coming up from below. Pretty f'n cool.

The thing I dislike the most about Herpa’s 1/500 737s is that the wheels are bigger compared to other model companies’ 737s

I’m pretty sure I flew on a Aeromexico 737 too, it was a long time ago so I don’t remember or atleast it was another Aeromexico plane with a similar size

Quite good, but the nose is totally not perfect, cause of the smashed cockpit windows, also no antennas, which makes it a bit overpriced, it should cost $30. But! It's still good for 1:500 scale
fun fact: National Geographic also has their own airline but only have one not to sure what type either an airbus or Boeing but can you check it out some day it would be fascinating
Herpa is a good manufacturer, I have about 50 of those jets. Definetly worth the price, do you have more of those 1:500 models? I can give you advice.

I used to collect 1:500 models and they kept breaking as they were to delicate for my big hands. Do I moved on the 1:400 and now have over 10 1:400 models and I only started collecting 1:400 in October 2022. I only got 2 1:500 models

Aeromexico Is the best airline in Mexico, In 737 You only can fly to National Airport, 787 You can fly to Europe, Some places of U.S, Brasil etc, And Aeromexico has Aeromexico Connect that is only disponible in the called zone "El Bajio de Mexico" The center of Mexico.

@@ice711real like it was 2017 I had a veg panini on Ryanair it tasted like uranium, solidified chlorine, and a small bit of sulfur to taste. it was bad. I had a hot chocolate and a sandwich this time and it was actually alr. Also the landing wasnt i swear it felt like i got whiplash and the plane flipping bounced. Not worth £250...
I bought something like that the other day. it was a fed-ex 777F. I wouldn't say its worth it, the engines keep falling off

Meanwhile people who obviously can't afford such models
1) Spend money on a cheap flight sim (on good days, FSX hardly is 5 dollars)
2) Convert Aircraft models of the flight sims into OBJ files
3) Get them 3D printed at some shop or some place idk, surely more cheaper if you have some sort of Student's discount, or if you are lucky that your educational institute has a 3D printer that can be used for free by students, no cost at all
Or if you're like the child of Bill Gates or smt, your own 3D printer
4) Get some cheap paint off Walmart to unleash your inner Picasso on to the 3D printed marvel
5) Profit (overall budget, less than $20)
(From madlads who I've known have done this sort of stuff)
