For those that need know hyper black is the same as smoked chrome. We at Vick Auto came up with the name smoked chrome because hyper black makes now sense. I will say so many of these looked AMAZING on a black spider.
If you repeat this, please: Film the wheels from the same angles. Mount 2 wheels to show the offset back and front. Film from above and from the front/rear. Add a ruler to show the clearances and mount some different size tires. Have some spacers on hand to show what is needed to fill the arch. Thanks.
I didn’t need any wheel adapters! These are all the standard fiat wheel bolt pattern, and some had the pattern for the alfas as well to fit either. I did have a spacer on, which came with the car when I bought it.
Shame Vick hasn't got a gold spokes with chrome rim like the gun metal version would be sweet almost like my ..very... old school Rial 13'' ( SIMMONS V51 style )
I've got the full gold (last one) on my green (verde stelvio) 77. It looks sharp. Not sure it would fit with other car colors. But on mine it looks great.
@@GarageTimeTV I finally got around to tagging you in a post on Facebook with the gold wheels on my green car. Be gentle, it's a survivor and the original paint is NOT in good shape. But it shows you what the gold against green looks like.
All of those are pretty nice and good in their own way. Personally I prefer the period correct styles from Campagnolo or Cromodora. You can get after market replica's these days in various sizes. While they generally were fitted to the older models, they would still look pretty great on this one especially with a 7 or 8 inch width

I think I prefer the 2 Smoked Chrome. Maybe #2 the best. If only it had that red center!
what wheel adapters did you use?

I bet they would look good on a red Spider too.
Have a picture? That would be awesome to see!
Apparently can’t post a pic in a reply.
@@matthewstaubs2382 you can dm me on instagram or Facebook @garagetimetv and I’ll post it if you’re fine with that!

I like no. 9 the best.. the gold no. 10 would be a cool retro look. I would not go with black; not enough contrast with the car paint.
